porsche seats 356 911 912 identification ?

I am trying to be certain as to the year and model these seats fit.My research leads me to believe they are 356 or early 911 912 ? Any assistance would be helpful. Thank you.

Thanks again Bob. It seems by another part that codes to April 1966 these may be early 911. I am trying to identify for future sale.

Probably mid 60's no headrest holes if you remove one of the chrome bolsters should be a date stamp , Jim

I meant to say early 60's 911/912 …. but not 1968 …. so.... 64,65, 66, 67....

Should be on drivers side toward the bottom lightly stamped/engraved for example 7-65 , Jim

Can't speak for '64/'65 356 seats, but I am pretty sure they aren't '64 911 seats which I believe have one more insert strip (6). Also wouldn't be '64 912 seats. I think there is a thread on here or the ESR that makes mention of the color of the plastic spring covers to help date the seats. My guess would be '66/'67 912 seats.
