Steering rack side bushing help

I was installing new turbo tie rods and during disassembly a round bushing came out of the rack. Seems the retaining clip was gone and it was just riding on the rack. I can’t find any reference to this part and I don’t see it as a part of the available racks and pinion rebuild kits. Does someone know where to find a replacement for this and can it be replaced on the car without removing the rack?

No reference to what year you have . . maybe look at the PET diagram for your year and see what parts are involved.
