The chassis serial # should be between 9118309501 and 9118309804 (911 SC RoW)

Of note, there is no Porsche engine serial number that start with a "5"

You need to search better databases.
640xxxx could be a 1970 914/6 or a 1980 911SC. Fortunately for you 1565 falls in a dead zone for the 914/6 so that eliminates it. But a 1980 engine in a 1979 car is a cause of concern and value.
