Steve Timmons is a well regarded hotrodder of 911 engines and cars. He is also a Prof. (at U-Del.??) of Engineering I think (but not ME?) and has a joint appt. in Comp. Sci. So he has a good fundamental basis for his mods. But what is your question?

Mine is #5 on Dr. Steves chart. The #s are for comparison to others done on the same dyno only.
