Perry,

That's just a beaut. Looks unmolested and clean.

Porsche Crest Australian SC 1983 3.0 White

Hey 4flyboy

Thankyou for taking the time to make your kind comment.

This is my first Porsche after wanting one just like it since I was 16 years of age, I am now in my forties

I used to look at them in the local Porsche dealer and wonder how anyone could own such a thing.

The car is for me like a beautiful wife that everyone stares at. Even now when my partner and I go for a Sunday drive (as a hobby car I drive it occasionally) many people stare at it. As this model is not common on the streets in my town and being white helps to attract attention.

While I am private in my approach to the ownership of this vehicle, I do enjoy it when another finds it attractive. Truth is they are all wonderful, beautiful and character filled machines sent from the heaven above.

I have enjoyed viewing the pictures of all the other white cars on this forum section.

So many people with so many very beautiful cars.

Here is my 1970 911T recently renovated by Alan Drayson of Canford Classics (UK based)
Car has 32K miles (believed original) matching numbers.
Just about everything either renovated or new, brakes, discs, shocks, clutch. New headliner, carpets, recaro replica seats, interia seatbelts front and rear(so I can take my 2 and 3 yr old in car kiddy car seats)
Bare metal, glass out respray (on a spit) and reassembled with recon fuchs and period correct new Pirelli tyres.
Have only washed her once in over 12 months as she only leaves the garage on sunny days.
Colour is Ivory White.

Flieger, thanks for that nice pic of my car. Better than any picture I have.

Talking Hi there fellas

My first post on the Pelican Parts Forums. I joined these forums because I was so impressed by the "backdate" conversion projects, restorations, ITB and other mechanical conversions done to the 911's.

My hunt for 87-89 911 Coupe in White has begun and this is the thread to start with.

^^^ So nice! Do you have a thread on the built of this beauty? I can't imagine the amount of work require to get fiberglass parts fit that well...

I don't have a build thread but patrick motorsports has one in their projects gallery. You are correct on the bumpers. It cost more to make them fit then purchasing them.

Almost white

My car came with an egg shell white. I don't know if it's a factory color or not, but I love it.
