Alex, I've got to say your 3.0 RS project car looks great!

I have Lindsey 2-Piece Fuchs, which look like this:

Pelicanite Stephen B posted this picture of his Lindsey 3-piece wheels. I don't know if there's enough detail in this picture, but it was all I could find:

It looks as though the Fuchs piece is sandwiched in the center.

A fantastic log of the build! wish I could read French as it seems
like he did everything at least twice and I am only up to page 14!
interesting gearbox front mount--probably a six-speed?

Is there a reason you couldnt take BBS rim halves and some fuchs donor wheels to a machine shop and have them cut up and machine some holes into the fuchs and then just bolt them together yourself?

Doesnt LR charge something like 440 a wheel? How much can rim halves be...

Sweet little car there, where in France are you? My godfather has quite a nice little collection of cars in Evian and some other down in Nice and St. Tropiez, I cant wait to go back. Best of luck

Ryder

Alex,
That is the most amazing thing I have ever seen on the internet. Anyone giving out French lessons?

As an aside is Lindsey Still making wheels? The last time I went to their web page (a month ago) I could not find any information about wheels.

Ditto on Alex project

As per Lindsey making the wheels... yes. I spoke yesterday with Mike Lindsey... they are up and running and very busy right now.

Matteo,

Thanks I figured out that I was clicking on the wrong link all this time. Here is a direct link to the website for the wheels. Maybe that will help Alex? ? ? This will direct you straight to the P3 page:

Awesome project. As the owner of an '84 coupe, it's really cool to see its innerds like that.

I tried Babelfish translation and it makes it much easier to follow, although the English is very stilted:

http://babelfish.altavista.com/ ... just put the URL of Alex's post in there and it'll translate the page (with pix).

There are no words!!

Interesting that he went with out camber boxes and the full 935 front suspension.

For that matter a center fill and a fuel cell....

No matter, too nice to drive!

Babelfish is acting strangely, it takes about 3 tries, but then translates the page, along with all the images, etc.

... and he'd better drive it!!! Too nice to sit, I say!
