Thanks for the suggestions, I wonder if it's a flat spot since it goes away relatively soon? Pressure good on all tires, pads and rotors all have very few miles, no shimmy on the highway. All tires have very few miles. This occurs for very short distance in the neighborhood at very low speeds such as turning right from a stop sign/light and only while steering wheel is turned, as the wheel straightens out the pulse disappears and does not occur till its sat for extended period of time. Turbo tie rods and new ball joints installed in last few years with very few miles on them. I have considered refreshing the steering rack but have not been able to find time or energy to tackle that.

Video of my worn out strut before I sent it to Bilstein for a rebuilt. They replaced the worn out linear plastic bearing inside the strut and installed new inserts.

'79SC. I replaced the Bilstein inserts. The ones that came out were exactly the same as the new ones I put in. No difference.

It turned out to be the ball joints.
