![]() ![]() Good one!Seriously, Ktownkris, It was not my intention to be rude. Tone of voice and facial expressions are hidden completely behind the written word. If you, and other Pelicanites, thought I was being insensitive, I apologise. Fact remains, you posted in the wrong forum. Hope your problem gets fixed.

Help him out!
I can help! Sell the Yugo, er, Boxster, and buy a 911 or 930.

Don't mind him (Todd). He's been 'round and 'round with some of us over this time and again. I think this is mostly just entertaining grenade throwing for him.

For many years one of the top Car mags voted the Boxer the most fun car made.
Now that they are getting down to less than a Carrera 3.2 they are getting popular w the DE/TT crowd. I would think the Boxer Cup should be pretty successful and we will see more Boxers coming to the DE's than SC/Carrera's. This reminds me of how Porsche snobs used to treat the 914. Now a good rust free 914 is appreciating faster than the SC's and valued higher than many. It did not seem that long ago that a very nice 2.0 914 was $4k. Now they are over $10k. All Porsches are good. I love the 911 experance but a well sorted 944 is a deal and mostly as fun when on the track. |
