You sure have done a lot of living! I think you can do some more. Thinking of you, hoping to read about another adventure.

RoninLB has helped me many times with good information on how to fix my 1977, I hope he makes a full recovery.

I still need his help, so it's for selfish reasons I admit.

RoninLB has helped me understand where I misunderstood some things! I believe he even pointed out exactly where I had gone wrong on part of my re-build a few hundred years ago. GREAT GUY!!!

Wife (Doctor) reminds you that everyone is fallable even doctors! They get things wrong all the time. Knew a guy who had less than three months to go, ten years later he went to the doctor's funeral!

NEVER GIVE IN!!!!!

Met Ron at a Dragon meet, the evening before we all went and played. He cracked me up beyond words.
The next day as we were hanging out at the tree of shame, Ron grabbed me and told me to sit in his car and tell him what I saw. Hmmmmmm nice custom engine management system, to which I started asking questions. his response was, "Your not nearly as dumb as you look", I turned to look at him and he was all smiles.
I still laugh about that meeting and after talking to him throughout the weekend came to realize that Ron is a very remarkable person.
For those who have not met Ron you are missing one of the better people.

hey Guys... It's only me

This thread wasn't my idea. I wasn't figuring this was going to happpen at all. I guess when you live with a guy day & night for 6 weeks he might have a better idea of what you need better than yourself

When I get through one of my stunts it calms and relaxes me for awhile after the 1 or 2 days it takes to bring my heart rate down. When it got to the point where the docs are telling my bride that she should start building a new life someone's out to get me. This is the 3rd wife message in over 10 years. They keep increasing the odds against me and box me into a tighter cage.

This recent act started 2 weeks ago. They found 4 walnut size bleeding cancer tumors and 3 others that haven't started bleeding yet on my brain. The minor up and commers is just a footnote. Terminal for that is 3-21 days.

They started 15 doses of radiation once/day and gave me high doses of steroids 4x/day. My sleep patterns and being cognitive are just dandy.

So the #'s game now with the rad & steroids is definately more than the 21 days but terminal is scattered. It could add just one day or it could add 6 months?

Being 1/2 way through the rad draws me into concern that I better be able to keep my act together after the rad is finished. If I can't drive after it's over my act isn't together. I have a tentitive May 1st launch date for a ride.

anyway....... it may be a little dragged out getting some of my posts on but I'm going to party this thread out

Man, I remember Ron in regards to threads that go way back, back when I had a different name and it took forever to load these pages on a 14.4 modem. You could always sense how Ron talked even through his threads/remarks, straight to the point, no BS but I learned a lot, well I like to think I did.
Even though I don't know you, take care and may the road always rise up to meet you.

Ron,

Thanks for the update and "never give up!" but we prolly did not need to say that to you anyways!

Anything we can do to help, pls say so! You are in my thoughts and prayers every day.

Ron- I only know you from soaking up and picking thru your vast knowledge on the 911 forum. As a matter of fact, just a few days ago you still were talking wings and then I see this. I've also drifted onto your post on PARF and maybe scraped your door a few times.... but hell, when I first found this pic, I cried with laughter thinking G-damn now thats a guy with his schitz together! One of a 'kind' man in the true meaning. Thoughts and prayers - Scott

A pic thats probably been posted hundreds of times but one of my faves:
