Any details of the 3.7L engine? Why not a 3.8L?

3.8's are technically 3.7's. The displacement comes to like 3749cc's or something like that where it's very close to 3.8L's but they round up to 3.8 instead of rounding down. Just like the Ford 5.0 V8 was technically a 4.9 since it was 4949cc, but 5.0 sounded cooler than 4.9.
