Anyone know this wire?

Can anyone identify the location of this wire. I pulled the gauges in order to get to the dash bolts and came across the loose wire. I looked at the back of all the gauges and the only gauge with a flat male adapter empty is the oil pressure/ temp gauge and this plug does not fit.

I think it's the bulb socket for the OXS light.

Part number for the bulb is

VW = N-017-751-2
Porsche = 900-631-132-90

Would that be one of the small individual lights above the gauges
