Very nice build. Try to keep it away from the salt air.

incredible. Not even in my next life possible for me. The only thing I would have done differently (and that's how I have it in my car) is painting that area of the door black which right now shows as a little bit red when the door is closed. But I guess that is how you want it...

The slope is not slippery; in fact it is entirely frictionless.

I have a video clip on my iphone of the dyno run. IMO it sounds sick. If somebody can tell me how to load it onto the site I'd be happy to upload it.

All of the positive feedback on the car really is appreciated. I've put much work into it. Final work being done now which is to fabricate a surround for the oil coolers and under body tray below the coolers so that all of the airflow from the front is forced through the coolers and can't escape under the car or around the coolers. Want to maximize what they can do.

Very nicely done!!

yes, it is quicker then a 993GT3 but only over a very limited range, on a track I think that the wide torque band that GT3 has will be the deciding factor

Here's a comparison of the acceleration available after considering the torque, transmission, tires, weight(w/ 200# driver) and aero of each
The G series 911 w/ Rs front and no tail is in blue, a gen 2 997 GT3 is in umber, the most obvious thing is the narrow rev range that is usable w/ the smaller engine, the GT3 torque curve is unusually high and flat because of the variable cam timing/lift and variable intake geometry

Just unbelivable. I will not sleep tonight,...

What is the tank on the smugglers box. Just. Compressed air?

How do you source .."aged" leather. ...must be more expensive than new...
