question about heater tubes
are the heater tubes located inside the rocker panels?
Would I be able to shine a light down in the holes and see the heater tube or am I looking in the wrong section? I'm trying to determine what all I need to buy to repair rust on my rear section of my rocker panels. (I have no idea how deep the rust goes, so I'm planning for the worse)

Lots of posts with pictures. The heater tubes are hidden and cannot be seen.

The heater tubes are inside the rockers but behind the inner rocker panel.
