Wire Identification Help

1984 911 3.2 new to me. I was cleaning the interior and found these four wires under the drivers side floor mat. The black and yellow are cut. All wires seem to head for the engine compartment.

Does anyone know what these wires may be for?

Thanks for the help.

Hi You should make a better picture of the lead for these wires to be identified. Is it yellow brown and white?

The colors could be wiring for auto heat between seats..

There are Yellow, Black & Brown wires associated with the heat control in the front tunnel.

I've been through this exercise recently. I kept following cables until I found a gold pot or until I understood what they were for (whichever came first).

Agree with chasing the wires down, just traced the brown and yellow spliced into a siren the PO must have installed in the engine compartment.

Some of the cables I traced down also led to a siren in the engine compartment. They had different colors than yours though.

Siren has a red and black wire spliced into the white and brown wires, must have been convenient. The Car had an UNGO box at one time and I guess this is what is left over. This is my first 911 and I’m just trying to get s handle on it and learn all I can.
