I agree. I asked the exact same questions you did and also asked if it was OEM or a repop in my PMs. Told him I would take it if this grill was OEM, missing no studs and relatively straight as tough to see in the photos.

I am not saying that this grill couldn't have been sold between the time the original post was placed (11:26 AM) and the time I responded (4:48 PM) but it would have been nice to have some kind of response. Not the first time and won't be the last I bet. Maybe someone offered more?

From the pictures it was obvious to me that it was original in original condition, all of the studs were there and pretty straight. These things are easy to true. The bars can crack where they are bent around the T studs. No way to see that from the pics of course. OP price was a good buy. Had I seen it shortly after posting I’d have been tempted myself.
Five hours is a long time to close a deal through PMs. Myself, I don’t hold to the ‘dibs’ thing using an actual post in the thread. It’s the order in which I’ve been contacted period. I do agree that etiquette should be used to reply to all that respond and not just the buyer. Of course life happens and there’s often periods when I can’t get back to the site in a timely manner. My advice? Move on, nothing to see here.

I imagine it is original, it’s been on my car for the 26 years I’ve owned it. I priced it where I thought it was aggressive as I want it gone. The longer it kicks around my garage the more chance it might get damaged. I use order of contact and commitment to buy as my criteria. Headed out to an afternoon date with my wife for Valentine’s Day, might not be back here until tomorrow, I hope that’s OK with everyone.
