WTB 17 track wheels WB fitment
Looking for any manufacturer of track wheels for my G50 wide body car conversion
Fronts 8-9 with with offset 10 to 15 (barely positive) Rears 10-11 with offset ET -8 (barely negative) .OR close the offsets I don't run spacers. More modern higher offsets wheels will not work. Let me know what you have. Ugly OK and preferred.

I have a set of 3 piece OZ Fittipaldis if you are interested. They don't quite match your request, but they are 17 x 7&8 or 8&9 and since it's 3 piece, you can replace the lips to make them wider. I tried measuring them a while ago, and it was just a mess, which is why I'm not sure. I posted a for sale ad a while ago that has pics and descriptions.

I was reading your wheels add. Anyway the offsets and back space are a mystery
Why don't you put a ruler across the back of the rim and with a measuring tape go to the back surface of the hub to have a better idea of what's there. Backspace is what I would like to know. Thank you

I tried that method and was getting a weird number for the offset. Granted, this was about 2 years ago now, and I didn't really know much about wheels at the time and was constantly remeasuring after finding out I did it wrong. They fit my stock SC pretty much the same as the 16x7&8 Fuchs I have on it now, so if that is the fitment you are looking for, these might work. Obviously the actual offset will be different with a different width wheel, but the fitment in terms of how deep the wheel goes into the car should be the same since you would be changing to a deeper lip.
The wheels got put into boxes and stashed at my parents house when I moved, so I don't have them on hand. However, if you think there's a good chance they could work, then I can make a call and try to get things sorted out. Maybe this doesn't help at all, and if you don't think they'll work for you, no worries.

Braid USA, who I work with can make you up the desired wheels in several different styles, including new Fuchs. They can make them up to your exact specs, and are very nice track wheels.
Let me know if I can be of help. Erik Johnson (720) 899-6005 phone |
