One intake runner getting HOT? Why?

Car still running crappy.... Noticed that one if the runners was much much warmer than the rest after just a short period of running.actually too hot to touch! The rest were lukewarm at best.Whats up?

Bad valve adjustment. Valve stuck open... something like that.

hot

valves or timing
exhaust not fully discharged when intake opens. the remaining exhaust pressure release will heat up the intake.
