Rich, I'm glad to hear you and yours have dueling computers as my wife & I do too. I get the same thing when I'm laughing at posts. I just need to move the TV with the Porsche Need for Speed PlayStation into the computer room and I'd be set!

This is too funny. I put our computer room together with 2 desks 2 computers.. 2 monitors and a 32inch TV. She sits behind me basically back to back.. she asks me the same things "what are your laughing about" She used to to visit the chat room I have running and understood quickly what all the laughing was about.

I made the mistake of running a cat5 cable downstairs where she likes to sit. Now she sits down stairs with her laptop and the web working away.

Wait'll you go wireless (and she gets a laptop). Then she'll be all over the house/yard enjoying herself!

...but then again, you could set up in the garage!

I was working on my VW Bug when we finally got the engine back in. Did some last minute adjustments and tried to start the car.... nothing. Dead battery, well luckly there was about a 4 mile long hill and I decided to try to bump start it. Started rolling down the hill and it still would not start. I got all the way to the bottom and turned around with no running engine so my Dad got out a rope and started towing me up the hill to the house. It was dark and I heard a strange noise and saw sparks from the rear wheel, tried to flash the lights and honk the horn but my battery was dead. After about a 1/4 mile my Dad realised what was up and stoped towing me. I got out and looked at the missing rear wheel and worn brake drum when the wheel rolled up right beside me and stopped. I even found 3 lug bolts.. luckly no real damage except to my ego.

Ok got another, it is along the wheel thing....steering wheel.
I use to have a 70 fiat 850 spider. Well one day I was working on the steering for some reason I don't remember. My Pops had just bought me some new back tires.
I go over to my buddys house who lives way out in the middle of the orange groves. "Lets take a ride so I can show you how much handling has improved with these back tires." Going down the road I start yankin the wheel side to side "See it handles better!" Well I yank it right then left then right........WHAT? The steering wheel comes off and the car is still steering right! It happened so fast I had no time to try and stick it back on. Next thing I knew we were hitting the embankment and flying backwards through the air into an orange tree! Luckily it was a poofy tree and the branches slowed me down.
We were ok, but the car was a little thrashed.
Oh and he told EVERYBODY.

One local, who shall remain nameless, drove a full complete lap of Laguna Seca raceway with his cell phone on the "whale tail" of his 911! He noticed it on the way into Turn 2. He slowed way down, and kept his eye on it. It slid back and forth, never quite launching itself off the lip around the tail.... He came in, and very sheepishly asked the guys at the Black Flag station to retrieve it for him....
