Hi all,
For sale the fuel injection system from a 2.0 914 that I swapped to carbs. I wasn't able to get the car running and is why I switched to carbs. I suspect that the issue was one related to fuel pressure though and am confident in the working order of most of the pieces. If anything doesn't work I will offer a full refund, just show me a video of it malfunctioning. Here is a link to a Dropbox folder where pictures of everything are located. https://www.dropbox.com/sh/nvfvxl36n296xzr/AADCwdP6MKQ9Ve93iDEXl_SSa The injectors are basically brand new. They have been rebuilt and flow tested. I would prefer to sell it all as a whole but I will accept offers on individual pieces. Priority will go to those interested in more than one piece. Based on my research I would like to get $800 for the lot. Open to all offers and trades for 914 performance parts, interior and seals. Thanks for looking! Hey all, what do you think this setup is worth? I received a PM from an interested party and we are trying to figure out a fair price considering the condition of it all.

Does the harness connector fit into the ECU?
The reason I ask is the you show a 1.8 resistor pack plugged into the harness. Also the injectors look like 1.8 based on the color. To me the price seems high. I think the bigger problem is that you could not make it run. They run with the fuel pressure too high or low. You would have a better chance of selling it if you tested each of the major components and knew they worked.

It does fit into the ECU. You make a fair argument. Does it seem likely that the entire FI system is from a 1.8? I bought the car as a rolling chassis with the harness in a box among other different parts. I spent some time troubleshooting the FI system but this 914 has been my first experience wrenching on cars more than general maintenance so I switched to carbs knowing it would be cheap and simple to setup.

If the connector fits the ECU then it is a 2.0 harness. All of the parts look like 2.0 except for the blast resistor that it is plugged in. It is for a 1.8L. If that were plugged in it would be the reason the FI would not work. I think that is the plug that goes to the relay board to provide power and ground to the system.
And the link to the drop box does not seem to work.
