Custom License Plates

I am looking for a company that makes custom license plates. I've seen multiple people with custom plates on the front of their cars in place of their regular license plate. Is this illegal in USA?

Front license plate rules depend on the state you're in.
California requires plates front and back but some people get away without having a front plate mounted (I didn't have one for 8 years in LA).

Here in Tennessee only a rear plate is required (they don't even issue front plates here) so you can put whatever you want in the front.

So look up the rules where you live.

Rigth on, for years we had to have a Provincial licence plate in Canada.The rear you could get a Provincial custom plate see pic of my 968.Should be the same for States
