alignment shops?

any reccomendations for a good align and balance shop in the LA or Orange co area?

These are all my friends so I have personal experience with them.

Torrance- Suspension Specialties (310)370-6301 This shop is one of the best for a very thorough alignment. Steve Alarcon races both club and professional (Daytona). He is one of the most knowledgeable people I know regarding alignment and setup. Anything from basic alignment to full corner balancing and he can spot potential problems early on.

Anaheim- Precision MotorWerks (714)879-9072. I've never had work done by Greg but we've met a few times. His reputation is well known for setting up cars like the ARE team's Daytona winning car. He also has 2 944 GTR IMSA cars and countless 911 race cars in his shop.

Lake Forest- Hergeshiemer (949)548-7223. Mark has built some of the fastest Club cars in Southern Cal. He's a good friend.

Irvine- Vision Motorsports (714)770-2888 Dwain is a friend and one of the most knowledgeable 944 guys around. You want a fast 944? He's got 'em, wings, huge turbos, etc. Basic to full race alignment.

North Hollywood- Union's (818)761-6171 Mike has crewed for us before so he knows 944's and he also has a 944 himself. Don't expect a full race alignment from him, he's not as well equipped. But if you're just looking for a basic alignment for a good price (about $30), he can do a pretty good job.
