My NA uses app. 10~11L / 100km if I drive it fast. if slow it gets to somewhat 8~9L /100km

I use 100 octane gas only.

My car seems to run good, but I only get about 20-23...and I live in the country, most of my driving is open road.. When i mash on it, i can smell exhaust, and there is some soot on the tail pipe.. whats the most common problem?.. The O2 sensor doesnt surge or pulse..

vacuum leaks, bad O2 sensor, bad spark plugs, weak spark, bad FPR/dampener, leaking injectors.

Is it possible for the injectors to "dribble" into the cylinders after I park it? IThe car runs pretty good, but sometimes after it sits for a coupled days, when i go to start it , it runs rough and then smooths out after a couple minutes... if it smokes any its very faint black or grayish.

yeah, they can. also, the backflow valve at the pump may be bad, or the cold start equipment isn't working right.

Well it starts easy, crank a few times and it starts right up, just after a few days sitting it idles rough and smoothes out, once warm it idles fine. I think I'll check out the o2 first. Already changed the plugs and airfilter and such.

dose it really good with penetrating oil, let it sit overnight and try again. i doubt you will take the threads out, but it is a worry.

I average around 22 with my 951. If I engage the turbo WOT, it dips down significantly.

Do you MPG gauges factor into this at all? Are you doing miles/tank by absolute values on the odometer? I'm asking because I wish to know if the MPG meter is accurate within a few MPG or whether it's just for fun to watch bob back and forth.

i get about 16 MPG in the city, due to my heavy foot and boost-dependence (its a problem, but i am not seeking help!). on the highway, averaging 80+ MPH, i get about 26-27 MPG.

OK, I got my O2 sensor out today, will change it tommorrow, i talked to my brother he said it might be the coolant temp sensor....he seems to think it would make more of a gas mileage difference than the O2.. Any thoughts about this?

yeah, it could. if it was 'stuck' reading that things were cold, i guess the computer would be constantly dumping fuel to make things rich for cold running.
