MAF question

iv been loking around for a replasement MAf for my 924s that wold flow more air...
2day i found 2 BOSCH mafs in my garage from my volvo racecar. that are strait thu flow and have the same conectors as the 944/924s.
1 is from a turbo 740volvo model with # is BOSCH 0 280 212 007
and 1 from a 240volvo non turbo # is
BOSCH 0 280 212 016
3 517 020
also has 772 12 1 a

i m scared 2 just plug these in because my dad sayd it might just blow the DME

so i was wondering is any 1 knows if these wold work on my car
or if i cold just test them with out blowing any thing.

btw my car is a 87 924s with a 87 944 engien in it.
