"She" is like punching a ball of tar... You can't help but start and once you start you can't dis-entangle yourself.

I hate to say it, but she seems to be much more restrained. Prozac, Zoloft, Thorazine? Lobotomy? Her spelling and grammer are much improved, too. Although, she could still use a spellchecker.

i agree, pokey... but she was after her first "warning" too... then she quickly turned to the "tar" side, as Aaron so eloquently put it...

True. I'm just waiting to see if it lasts. I'm not holding my breath, however.

You asked specificly to be banned. I don't see much ground to stand on here.

Alina944-kickas is banned. (A new IP was used to register the 'new' alina - that's how she got around the ban of ALINA. )

If Alina registers again, Alina will be banned again. If this action contiues, we can report her to her ISP.

-Z-man.

As funny as some guys might think this has been, I have been on the internet for many years and have seen sites go away because of insistent trolls.

Thank you Z...You have been a busy lad in the last hour or so!!

I would rather read 5 Ali posts that one more "Can I turbocharge my 944?" post...I think she could have learned to play nice.

Give her another chance.

screw giving her another chance, all she did was spam the front page with the same 10 threads. I'd personally rather read 10 can i turbo my 944 posts, than another alina post. Blackfoot my friend, you were booty blinded

Keep it out of here. What a PITA. Nothing like picking fights on Pelican to make your day.

Thanks Z-Man

I might have been pretty horrible with formulating sentances a few years ago, but for godsakes, if you're going to speak english do it right!

Booty? Where?

Nah, I've lost a lot of interest in Pelican in the last year or so, as the topics just don't seem that interesting. It's probably just me. She was the reason I checked Pelican once a day as opposed to once a week, or two.

The only pics I saw were the ones she posted of herself in the cowgirl outfit, nice tummy btw, but not the reason I think she should get another chance.

Funny - she didn't have any problems spelling or using certain er, colorful words! I'm sorry, but when a user who has been warned to tone it down a bit tells the Moderator to go F&%K himself, I think that's grounds for banning.

Plus: AFTER she was banned, she re-registered as a new user. Had she come to the moderator apologetically asking to be reinstated, that would be another story. But her reappearance was also against forum rules.

AND when she came back here, she simply picked up where she left off - badgering, stomping around like a little kid when the answers she wanted weren't being posted...etc. Absolutely no regard for forum etiquette.

No sir, as long as I'm around here, Alina's gone for good. Now can we please move on? I've got a question for Blackfoot about turbocharing my 944S2.

-Z-man, the moderator who was told by Alina to basically go F&*K himself.

Yup, she got nasty, no doubt about it.

But she had a point, didn't anyone else see it? She said, to paraphrase, if you don't like what I'm saying, you don't need to reply or post negative comments, as some did. Just say nothing. There's no obligation or etiquette to respond.

Those who did that, in my opinion, are just as sorry as she, or worse, as they saw an easy target to criticise and be condescending, for really no good reason. Where any of them warned about personal attacks?

Maybe we all could use some thicker skin when it comes to this type of web/computer communication.

I still say she deserves another chance.

Zman I think you exercised great restraint and what you just posted about an apology then reinstatement is more than fair. I surf a few sites and you are by far the best moderator of any of those sites.

Yeah. Even though I have never posted any pictures of my car, it's a piece of junk, while hers is the best 944 worldwide.

That was her only point. No need to respond.
