window regulator rollers
Hi, I am new to this board and was wondering, has any one ever replaced the plastic rollers on the window regulator?
I have resently decided to fix this problem. I also decided that $2 worth of plastic was not going to cause me to spend $250-$450 for a replacement regulator. I have the offending regulator locked in the vice on my work bench at this time. I can see that the rollers are a two part, snap to gether, assembly. Does any one know of a source for these rollers? Thanks in advance! tc

Thank you for the lead , and I will check them out, but I got empatiant and made my own.
![]() I took a piece of a plastic bread board, hard yet slick, and cut it down to size. went with a rectangle instead of a wheel shape so that there was more to put a pin through to hold it in place. Cut it large and sanded it to fit. Sprayed it with silicon and put it back together. Works better that it has in years. tc

it just has to fit/stay in the track.
the wheel rolls where if the modified part catches, it will break or damage the arm.
