Door Skin Touch-up
It looks as though someone put a piece of tape on my black passenger side door skin then ripped it off leaving a white, discolored area. Is there anything I can use to touch that up?

I have heard people use the term "door skin" for both the inside of the door panel and the outside door skin. If it's on the inside just get some leather conditioner. That should clean it up with a little elbow grease. Or try some "Goo Gone." The white, discolored area is prob just the glue from the tape. If it's on the outside of the car try some tar or tree sap remover, some more elbow grease, and then some new wax.

I am talking about the interior and it's not sticky like glue from tape, just looks like the color has been removed.

Strange... how bad is it? Can you get a pic? Try the leather conditioner, if anything will work it'll be that stuff.

If it really did peal the color right off then try using a black sharpie marker to color in the white spots. I have leather fruniture in my house that had a couple real small knicks in the leather around a corner or the back. Out of the way kind of places like the area of your door panel. I used a marker to color in the white spot. It's not 100% perfect, but it's 99%. Big difference than a white spot whit a dark background. Nobody can tell by loooking at it. I know whree they are, but it's been so long ago now that I would have to look for them to find them.
