Are you talking Exhaust Manifolds.. or a set of performance headers?

I have exhaust manifolds from the 16v engine.. not sure about fitment...

Look it up and if you want em.. i have em

I think the 16v exhaust ports are different from the 8v.

Olivar,

Are you talking about the exhaust manifold or headers..I will be able to help with the exhaust manifolds (original parts) but I don't know much about aftermarket equipment. Let me know which you are looking for.

I think we got the joke, we just didn't want to give you some head.......ers.

If you're looking for stock replacements, you might want to find a set of the later tubular style headers. They weigh alot less than the earlier cast manifolds, and I've heard they'll give you a couple extra hp.

Intake/exhaust manifold are not interchangeable between the 8 valve (944 NA) and 16 valve (S, S2, 968) engines. On the the exhaust sides, the 8V heads have 2-bolt flanges, while the 16V heads have 3-bolt flanges. I also think there may be different space of the exhaust ports between the heads.

thanks everyone, i know for sure that the 16v manifolds are not the same for a 8v my buddy has a 944s and we've torn apart that car so we've taken note to the differences between his 944s and my 944. but thanks for the replies, i just bought the 1 & 4 exaust mani last night off of ebay for an incredible 14$. if you look up my last post's you'll see why i'm not trying to spend a great deal of money on this car, especially for racing exaust's that run between 200-300$ you can also see what my car looks like, she's pretty decent, it's just that these NYC street's just keep consuming this car and the maint. is practically ongoing and also it being right around christmas time.......well it goes without saying. thanks to all once again...and i'm sure you'll hear from me again.merry christmas.!!
