Another headlight motor issue
It is a 924S with Euro fuses. I have changed out the motor and the relay. I have hand turned them to align them. With the switch on, I have power to the 1st pin of the connector. In the off position there is power to the 2nd pin. I assume the pin 3 & 4 are negatives or grounds since they do not power. I tried to run another grounding. The motor still does not work. The tail and dash lights do work. I am not sure which fuse(s) operate the motor, since there is no owners manual, but obviously at least one is good since I have power to pins 1 & 2. Stumped!

IIRC the 924S wiring is very similar to the early 944...so this may help:
http://www.pelicanparts.com/944/electrical/944_electrical_diagrams.htm and go to Electrial Diagrams 944....then Part 2 - Page 1 looks like the fuse for the motor is a 16 amp in position 1 of the 'additional' fuse panel

isn't there also a relay at the motor itself?

The Haynes Manual for the 924 has the complete electrrical schematics. Unlike the 944 Haynes manual the print is quite clear. The headlight wiring is unchanged on the 924S.
