Cam and Crank questions.
Whats the best way to lock them up to torque the pulleys?

I know arnnworx has a flywheel lock. Might also have something for the cam. http://www.arnnworx.com/flywheel_lock.htm

Lock the crank with a flywheel lock.
Lock the cam with a box end wrench over the large hex support for the rotor.

If you're not anxious to complete the job, it really is not that difficult. It's doable by mere mortal man

I made an inexpensive crank lock that bolts onto the accessory pulley. It's not the most recommended way to do it, but it supplies plenty of leverage to tighten the other pulleys using an OLD cam and balance belt. I also don't have to get under the car.
