If you're that concerned of what others think, you have more to worry about than just the color of a line under your hood.

I ended up with the black ones. But I got the venturi delete kit with vacuum line kit and intake manifold gaskets. I'm hoping it will be here this weekend so I can get this done. I am not getting boost according to the stock boost gauge. I also will be installing my boost gauge sometime this week maybe tonight even. This was my last thing to do engine wise. I have quite the project list.

No as long as you stay away from colored wire loom.

To bad they don't make the lines, hoses and plug wires in Silver Rose Metallic, I'd get them, then put fringe around the inside of the roof, lower the car, hang a pair of fuzzy dice from the mirror, add hydraulics and go cruise ghettoville.

Naw, scratch that...keep it black, but then that's my 2 cents worth.

My bling went blang so long ago I'm going to try and get a little bit back some way some how. I did buy the Blue silicone water hoses from Lindsey Racing and they are fantastic. Now maybe some Red silicone vacuum lines to go with the SS braided Fuel Lines with the Silver Fire Sleeves.

Cheers,
Larry

Is it rice? Well yes.

Is it better than the stupid plastic pipes and rubber connectors? I'd bet that it is easer to do anything engine related without having to fix the stupid things as you break them.

If you are replacing your lines anyway and you like the look then by all means go for it!

Do you have a clear hood? How many people are going to see your engine...?
