So I just bought my first porsche (924). I am going to replace the oil, belt, trans oil, and spark plugs. Should I just get all the parts through pelican or is there a better place for this stuff. Also, are there any other general things that I should replace after getting a 1981 924. For the trans oil I was thinking red line mt-90.

Josh dont forget your air filter, oil filter and fuel filter.
Forum, let me introduce josh he is a good friend of mine (well actually my brother) and bought his 924 on my advise. His plan is to rebuild it part by part an learn along the way. Regards Dave

DEFINITELY get redline mt 90! I use it in my S2 and I love it! I buy from Pelican and Zims in Dallas. I live in New Orleans so sometimes Zim's works better being fairly close, but I use both places
