e turbo please help

hey there im still trying to remove the tranny and and dont have any room left to push back, i tryed movin it back and forth but it just aint doin it, btw how far can you lower the tranny without snapping/damaging something while the driveshaft is still connocted. any other tips u can give. is it ook to grab the driveshaft with channel locks or vice grips and push it and if so which way towards the clutch or tranny? a speedy reply please thanks

You can't remove the trans with the torque tube connected.
Bolt the trans back onto the tube and remove the clamp bolts for the driveshaft. Slide the clamp rearwards onto the trans and then you will be able to lower the trans out of the car. Push the plastic tube the shift linkage goes through forwards out of the way.

the torque tube is not connected, nothing is. i followed all the directions and everyhting is off including the coupler but i can only move the driveshaft so far each way(which is not enough to remove it).so ur saying i should push it into the trans. ill try it thanks for the help ill try to post a pic laterif i still dont get it

If everything is disconnected the the tranny should just fall right out of there.
Are you sure the coupler is slid all the way back toward the tranny? so you can see a space between the driveshaft and the transaxle input shaft?
