short shifter install
I just completed the install of one of Kyle's short shifters (only944.com) and it was a quality, easy swap. Only took 1/2 hour and made a huge difference in how the shifter feels. The 30% reduction in throw in all axis is what this car should have had from the factory. This is a must-have upgrade for your cars. You can't beat the $80 price tag, either.

Helper! I don't see how it's possible by yourself. It moves around tightening the bolts.

Yes, I had a helper. He only had to hold the shift lever for a couple of minutes while the bolt on the back was finally tightened. It doesn't have to be anyone special.
