Drivers side mirror wont lock. HELP!!!
Hey everybody! My drivers side mirror was turned to make it easier to tape my 944 off when I was painting it. When I went to Put it back into place it was wobbly and wouldn't click back into its original spot... Had no problems with the passenger side mirror so I'm a bit confused, I wasn't rough with it or anything so I don't know why it wont lock back. I'm posting here because my quick search of Google proved useless, and I wanted to know if anybody here had/has the same problem and knows of a way to fix it. Is it something I'm just not seeing, or am I going to need to replace a part?
. Thanks!

Search Clark's Garage under Body-10.

+1 on Clark's. I just used it to fix mine. PO tried to glue it in place. Easier to take off the car and do it. Not necessarily easy to disconnect the wires from the connector. Get a good pin puller. Worth the effort to do this right.
