83 944 chassis for sale.
I have a 944 chassis that is almost bare, but is in to good of shape for me to dump into a yard, anybody need a decent chassis, with all glass, manual sunroof, and all body panels. Clean title, asking $300, you pickup. Would be willing to transport, within 150 miles of Dayton, Ohio.

Why not use a VW Beetle rear arm, they are identical, and a lot easier to find. If there is a differenece it is so minor that I cna not tell the difference. All the brake stuff bolts right on.

The stub axle will go into the arm with out a problem then all the backing plates and everyting will bolt onto that. The stub axle slide right into the trailiong arm, the spline pattren is the same as is the nut on the outside. Only thing I am not sure of is if the CV mount flange is the same or not. If yes it is even easier, if no, then just use the 944 item, and move on with life.
