Any one know Mike Ford?

Might seem a wierd question...

I was contacted by someone in Virginia who claimed Mike Ford from Ca gave him my info regarding my need for a 5.0L block. This gentleman is selling me an '86 complete engine he got from Scott Morr (hondawg on ebay) prior to his death.

I have verified the sellers name and address through reverse look up on white pages dot com. He is PAYPAL verified for a couple years with about 30 transactions form verified buyers.

Seems to be pretty legit. I only posted here as to the need for a 5.0L so I'm assuming Mike Ford is on the board. Would like to thank him personally for the hook up. It would also make me feel a little more comfortable sending the balance of the $$ for the block.

Thanks!

Nope, we've actually never found out what DanglerB stands for, he won't tell us. Nor has he told the other 30 forums he belongs too.

Anyway you look at it, he's still Mike.

Short and simple, I play rpg's from DnD to Diablo, and the name or a variation I always use for my Necromancers is BoneDangler. For game forums I shortened it to DanglerB, and for practical reasons its my only aka when I am not posting as me. For product related forums, I prefer to use the aka so I don't have to worry about stepping on toes when discussing the product.

Anyway, mystery revealed. PM sent shortly for N2O

Thanks Mike! Looks like I owe you one. Since I'm such a cheap bastard, I figured it would take months to find a cheap 5.0L block. Took less than 2 weeks. Looks like I'm driving to pick it up to be on the safe side before forking over more $$. Plus if the crank is siezed, it ain't goin' home with me...

Should have 85-86 intake, MAF, Aircleaner, Heads, Cams and covers, distributors, Alternator, A/C pump, etc, listed soon. I only need the bottom end for my Hybrid. Parting out the top end will offset the price a bit.

Thanks again BoneDangler... D&D?? You need to come clean..Isn't that your "Porn" name from back in the day?

I'm pretty sure a RPG is the opposite of any form of dating, live or dead.
