Yeah, I was thinking Red. The thing is that my S4 Brakes (Painted Blue) are going on the Gray car and so might these wheels if I can't get the Phone Dials over them.

M y 86 has red, so does almost every 'vette yuo see around - yellow is the prefered color ( by the Chargers) for their Ferrari's and Masererati's - at least around Poway and Murphy Canyon :-)

Leo, when you get one of your cars back on the road we need to have a SD GTG. Maybe a cars and coffee somewhere in Mira Mesa, Carlsbad, Del mar ( or a meet at RB winery !) . Invite the locals from your following :-)

I dunno, Yellow with the Bronze color just doesn't seem right. I guess I need to see it for myself. Anyone got pics?

Much Thanks Glen. If I could only take it for a drive and get that Front end down a lot a bit. I love the offset. You were right about the Panamera Wheels as these the same offset.

Thanks Al. Yeah, I think 18's are the largest that look correct to me. 19's are just too big and they start getting into Ghetto Country.

17's are nice too.

I think they'll look great on either car, but definitely should go on the one that has the brakes to show off.

If they go on the gray car, maybe have the calipers the same color as the car to contrast slightly against the gloss black of the rim? I think it would just add to the stealthy look of the car, rather than having a bright shiny colored calipers on a "flat" car.

After re-looking at this pic and what i noticed when the Tires were mounted. I think I need to go wider as the tire looks sucked in. The Direzzas only have a 275 and not 285. I need to do this now since I still haven't driven it. What are thoughts? You can see by the pic too, also I still have room to the Fender to spare.

The 275/35-18 is only .3 inches wider and taller which will be noticeable but may not be worth the extra cost and weight (2 lbs per tire). I don't know...I could go either way.

Cost looks like the same at Evans where I got the Tires, so i am thinking it's a straight swap out.

265/35/18 on there now

275/35/18

Owning a 928 is risky business - but sometimes you just gotta say "what the fudge".

275/35/18's have been ordered. Getting them mounted next Monday. Also, pulled the wheel locks from the Euro and put them on my new rims. Better to be safe than sorry.

Nope, just stopped by the Painters and picked up a Fender and a Bumper, which is all I can fit in the Expedition. While I was there, I took the wheel locks off the Phone Dials. Euro still needs the Decals sorted.

Also, Evans Tires is next door to the Painters.

Check this out. 18" Wheels experience question - Rennlist Discussion Forums My opinion is go as wide as it can fit but sure don't want it to rub.
