Speed Run
Drove STL to INDY this weekend and the she tore it up.
I will admit that I have an unhealthy attachment to this car. Does this car drive and handle better at speed or is it just me? Do you guys enjoy when people look at the 928 and can't figure out if it is a new car or not? ![]() P.S. If all my indicators worked on my cluster I would be in heaven.

So, were you on the Indy 500 track? I had my old Vette on there one time.
Yes, people don't know if the 928 is a new model or what unless they really know cars.

I wish I were on the track, this was a work thing.
Speaking of Indy, did anyone read the interview in Panorama this month of A.J. Foyt, who said his favorite Porsche to drive was a 928! Harborman, your 86 looks great and I'm jealous of the low miles. Have I seen this car on Carl Fausett's web site? There are some pics up of an "S" that looks very similar. Dave.

Yes, I did make one lap during the morning of time trials on the 500 track with my 67 Vette. I have a card to prove it! Again, one of those once in a life time things. I had it up to about 120 mph before they slowed me down at the pole. Wish I had the 928 instead!
