Seemed like a good idea at the time.

When I first sat in one and fired that v-8 I knew I would get one sooner or later.

Weird, I was so content and hard core into air cooled 911s, after 13 years of the Carrera and never considering or even getting in a 928 i started searching for a good one.

I think it was like a case of 'love at first sight'. Or it wasn't.
Perhaps it's like Art: don't ask my why I like it--I just know I like it! :-) |

I am in my mid 40's, used to sit in the ones at the dealership when I was a kid. Once was told I had to first remove the pencil in my back pocket! Grabbed the brochure when I left. Saw Middle Age Crazy, and have the movie to now blame-except mine isn't white. Did enjoy it for the first few months ignoring the bad cold start valve. Once I took it in for that, it was the water pump, the door lock, the window switch, now the brake lights... Once I get that figured out i'm afraid that is it for me. Anyone in the Northwest area interested in a 79 Dk. Green/brown int. 5 speed that otherwise hauls a**?
