Koni + Eibach/stock?. You're Experience?

So I've had koni's in the front/rear with 928itl's eibach set for 2 years now (all shocks set at full soft). The rear tends to feel janky to me and I feel every flaw in the road as a vibration. I was wondering other's experience with koni's and either Eibach or stock springs and what shock firmness worked for them to get a decent ride quality.
Debating on doing some sort of change in the near future (either back to stock springs or just to bilsteins/stock) if adjusting firmness wont address this..

If you like the soft feel then you would love stock springs and Boge dampers. Almost too soft for me.

I'm thinking higher spring rate needs higher damping force, maybe give it a try.

I have carls tool for adjusting the dampening in the car,and was thinking about turning it up in the rear. Would you think medium is enough or would full strength be needed? Been kind of shy about unhooking piston bolt and doing it though. Anybody else who's used the tool that can chime in?

Are you sure that they're set at full soft? I have the GTS set at full soft with Eibachs and I dont think my ride is like you describe. Just FYI, last time I checked the factory default is full soft.

What is "janky" anyway? I think the ride is different with the Eibachs, but not inferior.

I think I get a better feel for what the weissach axle is doing with the Eibachs, and I like that. It seems to me that I can move the GTS through corners better than before since the rear turns easier then stiffens as the Eibach springs compress to limit that movement.

I have my '89 set at medium with stock springs. Compared to the GTS, it can be bone-jarring. Not really, but in comparison.

I have the Stepson set at medium with stock springs. I also have a DR front swaybar. I don't notice the ride being as stiff as the '89, but that could be a function of the '84 Euro. It corners very flat and is a beast in curves.

When I first installed them, I ensured they were soft by pushing the piston down all the way and rotating counter clockwise until they wouldnt turn. The car handles fine at speed and feels like on rails but i do feel the small bumps in the road, not bone jarringly, but there. I think it may just be progressiveness of the springs at that point though? The rear is where I feel (and hear) it though. The front seems to absorb it alot better.
