Porsche Crest 993 3.6 conversion into a 87 911 help

I was hoping some 993 owners could help (I also have an 97 993)

I have a 95 993 3.6 I am installing into my 87 911 g50 (I am doing a 73 RSR backdate to it). I am very good with wiring and electronics (I used to repair TV’s and now a ME). I have looked at the factory wiring diagram on the CD, but of course it’s hard to follow. In addition I am trying to sort out the flywheel/clutch and engine mount issues. Trying not to reinvent the wheel so I am tapping into the experience of my fellow Pelican’s!
I know I can simply but wiring harness conversions from the suppliers but I want to save the $$ of course. Plus I saw some links on conversions where the supplied harness were of poor quality (and wired incorrectly). Trying to save some time but my forum searches have come up with nothing definitive on the wiring. So, I would appreciate some help with the following:
1. Wiring: Does anyone have a concise wiring diagram of the DME/DME relay and immobilizer circuits? I plan to put in a Wong chip so the drive block won’t be an issue (I have a 124 box) (I hope). Next to the DME connections in the under seat area are several connectors in the harness that I have not sorted out (what are they?). The engine harness connection to the rear electrical console looks similar to the 3.2 and may just need to have the pins changed (any help there?).
2. Flywheel. I have a new clutch setup for the 87, I assume I will need an aftermarket flywheel, will the starter engage my 87 clutch/new flywheel?
3. Engine mounts. I don’t like the idea of the engine hanging down with spacers. I understand that I can use my 87 engine mount if I go to a single pulley? What about using the 87 sheet metal?
I have read that the 96 varioram is too high for the parcel shelf if you don’t use the spacers. What about the 95? I have read about a process of denting the parcel shelf?
4. Muffler. I am using the stock HE (95). I am considering using a MK. Any thoughts?
5. Throttle hook up. I don’t like to go with a big $$ cable form a single source. Any suggestions for an 95?
II have not posted it yet, but if you have some left over 3.6 conversion parts (block off plates, etc) please let me know.
Again, thanks for your help.
Regard, David
