Aftermarket seat installation - question on seat belt receiver

I have a pair of Recaro seats that were in my 1969 911 and I am planning to install them in the 996. On the old 911 the seat belt receiver was connected to the chassis of the car. I noticed on the 996 the seat belt receiver latch is bolted to the factory seat.

For reference my factory seats are power, no lumbar, no heat. There is a module under the seat that connects to the motors as well as a small connection to the seat belt latch.

For those of you who have done this mod I have a few questions.

Where did you mount the seat belt receiver? to the slider? to the seat? to the chassis?
If you mounted it to the slider, did you add a bracket to bolt the factory receiver to?
Did you reconnect the seat belt harness?
Did you have an issues leaving the module mounted to the floor?

Thanks in advance!

I did this on my 03 boxster. Bought a used receiver off eBay, shortened it a little by welding a tab on with an 8mm hole. Bolted it on where the seat bolts to the side bracket. Now that I think about it, M8 is probably questionable but I’m actually redoing it to use Schroth harness and a bigger bolt so I guess I survived.
I just plugged the receiver wire into the harness and tied it to the bottom of the seat. I did all this with the battery disconnected and didn’t get an airbag light when I put it back together.
