Thumbs down Don't do Napolperformance.com, NFG.

Guy's- n-Gal's;

Brought a set of upgraded Ignition coils from http://napolperformance.com for my 2006 Cayenne S. I paid around +$200.00 USA. for them.

I figured with new plugs and these Coils car should run really good for the next 2 years or longer. They came inabout 10 days later from Canada. I installed them, but had to taper/file sleeves a little to clear ignition plug tubes, no problem.

Excited, SUV exhaust tone sounded deeper and driving around pickup was improved torque over the old OEM coils which are +2 yrs old anyway.
Car was running great for about 4 months.. since.

Well that changed on my drive home from a long days work last week Monday 9/17. Drive is 40 min. to the house from the Northshore in traffic. While doing 55mph on cruse control. All of a sudden car felt engine seem to struggle a bit like it was missing. Never had that happen before. I Immediately came off of cruse control and back to manual driving. Sputtering, jerky acceleration under light throttle. Smooth acceleration was totally gone. Start to worry if car would make the next 8 min to the house. Started praying again.
Got off ramp exit, made a dash for next corner. Car is missing and put gear into neutral to keep motor running. Check engine lite/ "Service Soon" dash came "On". Managed to make 1.1 miles to about 2 blocks to house when engine shut off. Smelled a plastic burning scent trough vents. After turning starting car again. Managed to get it going to next corner doing 15mph. Car stalled 2nd time. Coasted to next corner to make to making a final turn and cruse into normal parking spot. When Car restarted, managed to get it sputtering to 15mph again just to have it stall and managed to cruised into regular parking spot under no engine power.

Whew! Made it at least home, Thank you Abba Father. After exiting drivers door popped hood and Now visible spoke but a strong plastic burning scent on drivers side of engine (Had not put covers back on & was planning on doing some power engine cleaning next week).
After a few minuites and inspection found Coil #7 was Displaced "Bigtime". It was Distorted Wisted out of place and like a streatched melted version of what i remeber from last week view of engine bay. Way too Hott to touch. Had to wait another 15 min. Managed to get it out. Harness Connector for #7 Coil was still Clipped in but a little warped.

Never seen anything like this ever in my 40 years of Driving. Working on cars, Etc.

Well, I sent Napolperformance.com 2 messages last week with these pictures for a warranty replacement but "Nada"s. No emails, phone calls or even a response. Tried to log onto their web site and it seems down or they may have blocked me. Wonder Why?
Felt really Concerned to post this message to my family at Pelican and Rennlist. Very bad Customer service and no Tech support. Don't recommend anyone buy from these JOKERS.
Will be sure to keep you all updated if there is a change. They should honor their 2 year warranty as posted on their product ads on ebay and website.

Picks don't Lie. Judge for yourselves...
Later.
