P2201 NOx sensor BankI

Porsche Cayenne diesel 3.0. bought 2016 with mileage of only 40000miles.
Check engine light was on one month ago.
Trouble code is P2201 pointing to the NOx sensor circuit Bank 1.
Check the recalled Porsche with VIN, mine is not on the list.
The NOx sensor should not fail at such low mileage, disappointing!
This type of problem is covered by the manufacturer in USA.
It is not covered in UK. We are fighting for it!
Could anyone shed some light on the code P2201?
How many NOx sensors and their positions in this model
What is the minimum requirements of diagnostic tools for fixing the problem?
Some Porsche specialists claim that they can diagnose and fix with generic diagnostic tools. Other told me that it may need to reprogram the new NOx sensors in order to make it communicate with the system. This will need Porsche dedicated diagnostic tools.
I am a little confused by these mechanics.
