Fan blower keeps running when car is off

Help, please? '06 Cayenne S fan blower continues to run when the (1) in the OFF position and (2) when the engine is turned-off and the key is removed... any insights?

are you talking about the electric engine cooling fan under the hood? - it will continue to run after car is shut off until it cools down the coolant in the radiator - there is a sensor that monitors that temperature - sounds normal - usually will only run about 1-2 minutes or so

If you are talking about the cabin fan you will want to replace the fan-speed resistor/regulator.
