Can't Open door from inside or outside help
Just picked up a 2006 Cayenne and the passenger side door can't be opened from either the inside or outside. When I press the FOB to lock and unlock I can hear the actuator working but can't open the door. I tried spraying the inside with WD40 and tried using a Slim Jim in the hope that I could pop the lock or reset it so that it could open. HELP

I had a similar problem and it ended up being the rubber weather strip around rather door that must be deteriorating and became sticky. It was as if the door was glued shut.
Passenger door which didn’t see that much use.

if the above turns out to not be the problem i'd think there is a issue with either the linkages for the lock or the lock actuator itself - lock actuator failures are common on these cars - not sure how to get in the door to manually open it - might start by removing as much trim as you can from inside and looking to see what the problem is - i don't think the door panel can be removed with door closed - roll window down and look through slot - anything obviously wrong? - not much help i know - good luck

I have a similar problem with mine, wouldn't open from the outside. I asked my mechanic and he walked out, hit the door Handle and boom, it opened when I grabbed the lever.
Video of my issue. https://youtube.com/shorts/0n7B-vCjS4k?feature=share
