lack of education

With the price of these rare cars I find it hard to fathom someone would copy a rare mo del and color like this. Our community is just to small.Only someone dumber than a stump would attempt this.Should be an interesting ending one day.Ciao Fred

True, she doesn't have any real power, yet. Hitler went from Corporal to Fuhrer 'leader" of the German State. An action that my mother and father suffered from greatly. Obama went from neighborhood organizer to leader of the free world. Never under estimate any individual with ambitions. And don't beat me up saying I'm calling AOC a Nazi. I know she isn't. She's a bartender. How about that new 992????

A remarkably bland car to look at (which many on Pelican should find appealing, considering they don't want their 911s to look like sports cars - tail delete, keep it stock, and all that shiit! ).

Loud, unmuffled and one of those earth tones that’s all the rage these days. No tail and wearing some period correct outfit picked up in the used market. AOC.

It is the plight of those who enjoy their 911s in all their neutered glory!

Loud and unmuffled could also be used to describe the Bullshiiter in Chief, butt I don't know if orange is considered an earth tone, and he apparently buys a lot of tail.

I’m an air cooled freak. These new cars, with all their aides and safety features are taking away all the entertainment of driving a Porsche. The shifter has been reduced to a nub. I love toe and heal shifting on the track. Pdk is removing that. Manual shifting drivers can’t compete with the pdk and its electronics. To each their own. What a fabulous company. When I toured the factory in 1993 and saw Porsche number 1, I was in awe!!!!

This thread took some hard right turns lol. Not sure how someone could be actually stupid enough to enroll in at least 6 hours a semester (required) to put off the 6 month graduation deferment from starting...as if that makes these bankruptcy proof things go away. I do know someone who just didn't pay them for multiple years... though he is the most irresponsible person I know. I do know a few boomers who don't realize they make less now than they did in high school, or only marginally more (in buying power). The 992 is a step in the wrong direction IMO. But whats new?

Anyone read yet what part of the car was not correct?

European Collectibles has a darn good rep.

Seems odd that I have yet to read what specifically wasnt correct?

Deez hasn't returned that bisch yet, and it's anyone's guess as to what condition it's in now!

It's a ten thousand mile walk in the wrong direction. Looks goofy as ****. The Carrera S has 21" rears. The turbo looks like it will have 22" rear stock, possibly 23" optional. Looks like a monster jam truck. A grotesque abomination.

She asked if we should go down and check it out. I feared somebody really hurt, and wasn't interested in finding out. Later that evening on the local news they showed all these cars were damaged when leaving the show on a car carrier. It was going across a raised railroad crossing and bottomed out. While it was stuck there, efforts were made to contact the authorities to stop the train that was due to cross this location. Needless to say, they failed in getting it to stop. I'm still glad we didn't walk down to check things out. As this site was equally sad!
What year was that ? I used to sell stuff at the show at the VC Fairgrounds Porsche show/swap.
Had a 54 rear clip, drug that thing to several swap meets, Pomona ect. finally sold it for $500 and had some Pre A doors that were hard to sell too. They went for $150 ea around year 2004 ?

Don't shoot the messenger, and it could just be the lighting/camo, but this is starting to look a lot like a Mustang GT from the middle to rear.....

It does. A mustang GT with goofy wheels three sizes too large.

It was earlier than that. I think around 05 or 06. I was still at Carquip and I left there in late ‘07.
