 But that’s where the factory set the ride height at so it had to be the proper height. The best stance from the factory as far as I’m concerned, is the euro spec 930. ROW 930s sit and look right, everything else comes up short.

Ha ha - it makes me roll when I read peeps posting that. Way back when, there was a thread in the 911 forum where several guys were celebrating the "leaping 911", factory stance - I couldn't believe what I was reading. :)

Good luck with the purchase, Tobs - looks super cool!

pNutz, the basement area will be a perfect spot for Captain Caveman to practice his, "ugahhh ugahhh" caveman noises, and to watch porn, too !!!

Captain Caveman will string the fiber optixxx cable himself, from tree top to tree top, if that's what it takes!

I’d rather have the low rider stance than that jacked up sh|t. That’s horrible.

juanbenae 07-10-2019 09:50 PM

could 15" wheels be contributing to that look some?

SkunkWorks 07-11-2019 04:15 AM

Ha - I remember when that turbo came up for sale and the resulting debate when seller claimed it was original ride height. Oh how we laughed.

I doubt it, if anything the 15” wheels should help fill the wheel wells more since the tires have a larger overall diameter. The OD with the 15” tires is 25.2” while the OD with the 16” tires is only 24.9”. If this truly is the correct factory look, the factory must’ve thought we’d be taking these things muddin’.

That looks awesome..I’ve been scouting out some properties in the blue ridge area of N.C....nothing that big...trying to keep the drive to around 4-5 hrs from Charleston...
