There's still plenty of us born in the 70s and 80s that like these cars and are doing our best to pass the passion to our own spawn.

Either way, I didn't buy mine as an investment. I bought it because I wanted one. I also can't afford the Countach or Vector from the other posters on the wall of my bedroom growing up.

Yes, but the bottom end of the range did not change significantly over the entire period graphed. The change was more at the top end outliers. It does appear BaT never awarded marginal cars. This makes sense because human nature we do not notice average or below average.
