1984 Carrera Cab garage find value?

Just hauled a ‘84 Cab Home that has been sitting since 2006.
Family friend passed away and called me knowing
That I could get it road worthy again. I was thinking of keeping it, but just sold 2 of my Porsche’s
And really don’t need another. Silver with maroon interior. 123k Miles. Fuchs are gone and it has some 993 wheels.
It’s in fair condition. I drained the tank, and hooked up a motronic black box computer and
Found that the fuel pump, and crank sensor are bad. I should have it running soon.
Found a receipt from 3 years ago from an oil change so I’m confident that it won’t take much. What’s the thoughts on value? I’m going to sell it and not looking for the moon.
Just a fair value for both. Paint is faded and has scratches. It’s a great 10 footer. Top is nice. If your looking for a fun project that needs some love? Feel free to PM me.
I’ll post some pics next week after I’ve done some clean up. Here are a couple fresh out of slumber.

Thanks to all that sent PM’s.
I’m thinking the same...around $20k running and driving.

Car will fly out the door at $20K after you wash it, clean it and get it running. You're leaving $5K on the table IMO.

Good on you to save it and get it into a new owner's enthusiastic hands at a fair price.

Kind of sad to see the fate of weekend cars that no longer get driven.
How old was the family friend ?

Family friend has been retired for years in her 70’s.
Worked with my mother in law as RN for 35+ years.

Here are some interior pics that a few have been asking to see. Only missing rear seat backs.
Interior is just ok. Not great, not total crap. This car needs some love!

What is this diagnostic machine you speak of?
I've never heard of this.

Is there a formal name for this device?

It’s not a hammer.
You can diagnose, and check many others functions with a dead or running car through DME.
Checks all relays associated with motronic system as well.
Great tool for cars towed in not running.

Wow, very cool.

What is the model of this tester?
EFS 8400 ?
EFI 8825 ?

Can you post a sharper close-up photo of the dials and features?
